Buy NutriPak	To get started you will need to set up an eNutritionCare.com account, which is automatically created when you make your first purchase in the shopping cart. To receive the maximum benefit from our services, we recommend that you purchase a NutriPak, which includes one Nutrition Assessment and two follow-up visits (eVisits) with your Registered Dietitian. We will communicate with you via email. Please note that we do not send your personal information in an email, rather we will only notify you by e-mail that your information is ready to be viewed in your secure eNutritionCare.com account.
Add Family	After you purchase your NutriPak, you will be automatically redirected to your "Family Member" page. After you will add yourself and/or any family or friends that you would like, you are ready to complete your Health and Nutrition Profile. If you have chosen a child then you or the responsible party for the child will need to complete their Health and Nutrition Profile.
Complete Profile	Just like the doctor's office, this form is very detailed, and it could take as long as 30 minutes to answer all the questions. The good news is that it does not have to be completed in one sitting. If you need to stop for any reason, for example, to go find some information or order lab results, you can save the form and come back later to finish. It is important that the information you provide is accurate, because this is the information that your Registered Dietitian will use to create your personal nutrition recommendations, and will be the basis of answers to your future questions. This form is the equivalent of your in-office interview. When you are finished, just follow the prompts to submit your profile to eNutritionCare.com and we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.
Dietitian Review	Your Dietitian will be notified immediately on submission of your completed Health and Nutrition Profile. She will respond as quickly as possible, and will notify you by e-mail when your Nutrition Assessment is ready to view. Please note that your Dietitian can be more effective if you provide blood lab values. If you have had a recent check up with blood work done, you can insert these values into your profile. If you do not know the values or the values you have are older than six months, we recommend that you obtain new blood labs. eNutritionCare.com offers micro-sample blood tests that you can purchase and administer yourself at home. The tests are quick, painless, safe, and just as accurate as the blood tests done in a doctor’s office or at a lab. You do not need a doctor’s prescription to purchase the lab test kits. eNutritionCare.com currently offers two blood tests: a Cholesterol Panel and, for diabetics, a Hemoglobin A1c test. These lab tests are FDA approved. The Cholesterol Panel is the ONLY test of its kind to exceed the National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP) Cholesterol Testing Accuracy Standards and the Hemoglobin A1c test is highly recommended by the American Diabetes Association.
Receive Assessment	When you receive your email notification that your Nutrition Assessment is ready, you can then log on to your account at eNutritionCare.com to view your Nutritional Assessment report and any reference documents that your Dietitian may have attached. As a member, when you login, you will be automatically positioned on the Assessments and E-visits page of the My eNutritionCare tab. Simply double click on the Assessment Documents icon next to the appropriate family member for a list of all documents attached to that Nutrition Assessment. Optionally, you can click on the My Documents page, to get a list of all documents that have been attached to all Nutrition Assessments in your account, which is a handy way of quickly locating your favorite reference documents.
Ask Questions	Now you can begin to implement the changes in your new nutrition regimen that your Registered Dietitian has recommended. As with anything new, you will have questions and comments about your new nutrition regimen. These questions can be resolved with an eVisit, which is your opportunity to correspond one-on-one directly with a Registered Dietitian. In your eVisit you are not limited to a single question, rather, you can ask as many questions as you would like concerning your new nutrition regimen.
Get Answers	Your Dietitian will promptly respond with answers to your questions. It is our hope that your Dietitian will answer your questions immediately on receipt, however, in an effort to provide the very best service and quality of care, your Dietitian might need to correspond with you for clarification or additional information before she can complete her response.
